DIPHA BARUS with CADE

‘Down’ is Dipha’s first collaboration with another Ultra’s labelmates and Dipha’s first track that has House music elements on it. This collaboration has been a long time in the making, starting when Dipha and Cade met in Los Angeles for the first time up until the finishing touch being done in a long distance mode because of the pandemic.

‘Down’ is inspired by the hardship of restrained relationships in this confinement due to the global pandemic. It contains vulnerability, and push and pull situations. The perseverance in this song is shown to maintain bonds without physical proximity even in a time of isolation. This song’s existence is proof that anything is possible. In a different note, musically Dipha combines Cade’s message of vulnerability with an upbeat vibe, throughout the track and adding more dynamic elements on it.

"Even though oceans are apart, through thick and thin, and especially during very strange and vulnerable times - perseverance and perception is everything. It's all about perspective.
